Inside Sales Support (m/f/d)
You like keeping things running smoothly and have a good eye for details and numbers? Then our Inside Sales team might be the perfect place for you. At MCC, we’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Support to strengthen our Hamburg office. Someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and organization in an international environment.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed commercial training (preferably wholesale & foreign trade)
(vorzugsweise im Großhandel und Außenhandel) - At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident handling of MS Office; SAGE knowledge is a plus
- Excellent English skills (spoken & written)
- Strong numerical understanding and flexibility
- Team spirit and commitment
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Supporting sales and purchasing teams - from quotations to contract processing
- Preparing transport orders, shipping documents, and invoices
- Coordinating deliveries and monitoring shipping dates
- Managing imports and exports, including documentation
- Maintaining stock data and warehouse records
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and partners (German/English)
- Administrative support, scheduling, and document management
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Half-/Full-time position (30-39 hours/week)
