The platform operators <strong>DAKOSY<\/strong> and <strong>dbh<\/strong> are deliberately opting for a staggered introduction to ensure a safe and smooth transition for all parties involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The three-step plan at a glance:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Starting October 1: Shipping companies will begin PIN-free container release via SRO in Hamburg, Bremerhaven, and Wilhelmshaven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By November 2: Freight forwarders, importers, and carriers will be gradually brought on board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Starting November 3: Mandatory use of the procedure, initially at two selected terminals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Starting November 17: Rollout to all other terminals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal is to make import processes more resilient, secure, and efficient \u2013 while simultaneously taking into account the individual requirements of all parties involved.
